The best way to lose weight fast

I am going to give you it in two words:

Intermittent fasting

Practice Intermittent fasting every other day, and you will lose weight fast.

When you eat, your insulin levels spike. This state remains for 3-5 hours, and it is impossible to shed fat during this period.

When you fast, your body goes into what is known as the fasted state. During this period your body taps into your fat reserves and uses them for energy, riding you of all that flab you have on yourself.

Do not eat anything for 12-16 hours. You will not only lose weight, but experience a host of other benefits.

Do it every other day and not every day. Even if you do not exercise you will lose fat.

Remember, intermittent fasting is not about what you eat, but when you eat. Keep your calorie intake the same during your 8 hour eating period. Do not increase or decrease the calories.

You will lose weight during the 12-16 hours you remain away from food!
